Why Morfgage

A free information guide.
Before you approach anyone.

Most borrowers walk into a bank or call a DSA without knowing what rates are available elsewhere. This free guide gives you that picture upfront — so you can ask better questions and make informed decisions.

01
Know your rate before you apply
Browse indicative rates, EMIs, and eligibility criteria across 65+ lenders in one place — all sourced from publicly available information. Morfgage is an educational information directory only. We never collect documents — those go directly from you to your lender.
02
Understand lender criteria
Each lender has different minimum CIBIL scores, income type requirements, and LTV limits. The guide shows you these differences so you can shortlist lenders suited to your situation before approaching them.
03
Request a DSA introduction
If you would like to be introduced to a DSA partner, join the waitlist. Morfgage may refer you to a partner DSA in Bengaluru — at no cost to you, with no obligation, and with no documents collected by Morfgage.
The process

How this directory works

Morfgage is a free educational information directory — not a loan application portal. Here is how to use it.

1
Browse indicative rates
See publicly available rates across 65+ lenders — PSU banks, private banks, HFCs, and NBFCs — all in one place. No registration needed.
2
Understand the criteria
Each lender listing shows minimum CIBIL, income type accepted, maximum LTV, and typical processing time — so you can shortlist based on your profile.
3
Request a DSA introduction
Once you have shortlisted lenders using this guide, you can request an introduction to a Morfgage partner DSA in Bengaluru — at no cost. Morfgage does not collect any documents. The DSA works directly with you and the lender.
Lenders we track

Questions

Frequently asked

What is Morfgage?+
Morfgage is a free educational home loan rate directory in pre-launch. It compiles indicative rates, eligibility criteria, and lender information across 65+ banks, HFCs, and NBFCs — so borrowers can understand their options before approaching any lender. Morfgage is not a loan aggregator, not a financial advisor, and does not process loan applications. It does not collect any documents.
Is Morfgage free to use?+
Yes — completely free. There is no charge to browse the rate directory, view lender information, or request a DSA introduction. Morfgage does not ask for payment at any stage.
Are the rates shown guaranteed?+
No. All rates on Morfgage are indicative and sourced from publicly available lender information. They are not a quote or offer. Your actual rate will depend on your CIBIL score, income type, loan amount, property value, and the lender's own assessment at the time of application. Always confirm the current rate directly with the lender before making any decision.
Does Morfgage collect my documents?+
No — never. Morfgage is an information directory only. If you are introduced to a partner DSA through Morfgage, your documents go directly from you to the lender. Morfgage is not involved in that process at any stage.
What types of home loans does the directory cover?+
The directory covers indicative rates for home loans for new property purchase, resale property, plot and construction loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and balance transfers. Lender information is organised by type — public sector banks, private banks, HFCs, and NBFCs.
I don't know my CIBIL score. Can I still use Morfgage?+
Yes. The directory shows minimum CIBIL requirements for each lender type so you can get a general sense of which lenders are more likely to consider your profile. To check your actual score free, visit cibil.com — the official CIBIL website.
I am self-employed. Which lenders should I consider?+
Different lender types have different income documentation requirements. HFCs and NBFCs are generally more flexible for self-employed borrowers than public sector banks. Use the directory to identify lender categories that typically accept your income profile, then approach those lenders or a DSA directly.
How does the DSA introduction work?+
If you submit your details through Morfgage, we may refer you to a partner DSA in Bengaluru — at no cost and with no obligation. The DSA is an independent professional who works directly with lenders. Morfgage does not collect your documents, is not a party to the loan, and does not guarantee a match or approval. The introduction is simply a referral.
When will Morfgage launch its full service?+
Morfgage is in pre-launch in Bengaluru. The rate directory is available now as an educational tool. A guided DSA matching service is being built and will be announced to the waitlist when ready. We do not have a confirmed launch date to share at this stage.
