What MORFGAGE is

MORFGAGE is an educational comparison platform for home loans and loans against property in India. It helps you understand loan products, compare their published terms, and see which ones your details appear to match.

What MORFGAGE is not

This is the most important section on this page, and it is short on purpose.

• MORFGAGE is not a bank, a non-banking financial company, or a lender of any kind. It does not lend money.
• MORFGAGE does not approve, sanction or decline any loan. Only a lender does that, on its own criteria and after its own checks.
• An eligibility result on this platform is an educational estimate, not an offer of credit and not a guarantee of approval.
• Interest rates, fees and limits shown are the lender's published figures as we recorded them. The rate you are actually offered may differ.
• MORFGAGE does not provide financial, legal or tax advice.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter into a contract in India. You must give accurate information, and keep it accurate — an eligibility result is only as good as the details it was calculated from.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.

How eligibility results work

When you submit an enquiry, the details on your account are checked against each product's eligibility criteria as published by the lender, plus MORFGAGE's own screening where a lender has published nothing specific enough to use. The result is one of four outcomes: you appear to match, you do not appear to match, more information is needed, or the product needs a human review.

Where a criterion comes from MORFGAGE's own screening rather than the lender's published terms, it is recorded as such. MORFGAGE's screening is deliberately cautious about rejecting: a criterion we inferred will never, on its own, mark you ineligible.

Your credit score is whatever you tell us it is. We do not verify it against a credit bureau, and a lender will check the real figure independently.

Partners and introductions

If you ask to be connected, your enquiry may be assigned to a Direct Selling Agent partner who can help you take it to a lender. That partner is an independent business, not an employee or agent of MORFGAGE, and is responsible for its own conduct and advice.

MORFGAGE does not guarantee that a partner will contact you, that a lender will consider your application, or that any application will succeed.

Documents you upload

You may upload identity and income documents to support an enquiry. Upload only documents that are yours and that you are entitled to share. We accept PDF, JPEG, PNG and WebP files up to 10 MB each.

Uploaded documents are visible to the partner assigned to your enquiry and to MORFGAGE administrators. How they are stored and protected is set out in the Privacy Policy.

What you must not do

Using the platform means agreeing not to do any of this.

• Give false information, or impersonate another person.
• Try to reach another customer's data, or any part of the platform you have not been granted access to.
• Scrape, copy or republish the product catalogue or any other content in bulk.
• Probe, scan or test the platform's security without written permission.
• Use the platform for anything unlawful.

Accuracy of the catalogue

Lender product information is recorded from each lender's published material and reviewed periodically. Lenders change their terms without notice, and some products are only described in general language. Treat every figure on the platform as indicative and confirm it with the lender before acting on it.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, and the platform may be taken down for maintenance.

Liability

The platform is provided for educational purposes. To the extent the law allows, MORFGAGE is not liable for a lending decision made by any lender, for the conduct of any partner, for a loss arising from a decision you took based on an indicative figure shown here, or for an inaccuracy in a lender's own published terms.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can close your account at any time by writing to morfgage@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the platform after a change means accepting the updated terms.
